In present election system a party can form government with the support of as low as 25% voters?
Think that if any party can manage 50% vote from 150 constituency they will form govt. But that is only 25% of total voters. In 1991 BNP forms govt. with only 32% vote.

Proposed new system solvs this problem in a better way.

This is an excelent proposal for perfect democratic system. I think everyone should read it and try to stablish in our country.
