Post subject: Respectable Judges of Bangladesh. Reply with quote

Concept of care taker government came into political process in Bangladesh in 1996. From the beginning, I have doubt on selecting process of chief advisor of caretaker government. Would it be fair? Why do they select chief advisory post to limited option only to retired chief justice to hold that position? I was told that retired chief judges are respectable person in the society and people judge them neutral and fair. People probable do not trust other profession. Why not open to all categories, respectable citizen of Bangladesh? It would probably difficult to find acceptable to all parties. My personal opinion I do not feel at all comfortable with the explanation. Are judges conscious fair mined and neutral people? I do not have those credentials. Rather I found our judges were always stood by to help to military rulers. Our past history we saw how our chief judges of Supreme Court legitimate the illegally occupancy of the military. Both military rulers brought chief justice as head of government. Judges failed to proof their consciousness. Still we respect them because people of Bangladesh will get justice from them.
