Why good people always avoid politics in our society? Is politics too bad for good people? Is not it a noble responsibility? If it is a noble responsibility than why it is not in our country? We have to replace all bad politicians by good one or at least convert the bad one into good one. We need a fresh surge of blood in both Al and BNP. For this change all good people should be interested in politics. They should attain the most complexity of a bad politician just to face them and not to implement in general people. If only normal good people comes into politics they cant control that bad one. I think the boy who stood 1st in HSC in Bangladesh or the boy who study at BUET starts to thinking complexly they can think more complex than most current complex politician. So only one thing makes the room for current stupid politicians that is unwillingness of our brilliant people in politics. Our brilliant boys can device algorithm for any problem, our brilliant boys can control the bit of electron and I am sure that our brilliant boy also able to control the flow of power. They can make the flow right into its direction. Come on my brothers let us control the flow.

It is very good question why brilliant good people are not joining in the politic?
Bright brilliant young good people come out from the University. They have various opportunities available in job market. During Pakistan period brilliant young students go for superior service (colonial system) or some for doctor/engineer and in Bangladesh brilliant young students go for professional job like doctor or engineer. Very few bright young join in politic after from University. So there is a vacuum in politic that occupy by the ordinary people. Military law in the country also created political vacuum. Politic could not practice under Marshall Law (Gen. Zia & Gen. Ershad). Both generals help keep away good people out of politic. Now at lest people are discussing political issue and looking for good people to participate in politic. Now we see some retired (beurocrats/Doctors/Engineers) people joined in politic (it is good sign in politic) but main while ordinary people already established their leadership in the party and they are decision maker in the party so retired people could not compete with them. Still it is good slowly they will hold the rein of politic from dishonest politician. When political environment create we will see young brilliant people will join in the politic. Before partition bright young people had less opportunity in job market (do not like to work for British ruler) so they choice independent profession like lawyer and do politic.

Thanks Chatty for such an important question.

I wish to include current polling system as a mejor diffeculty for joining good people in politics.

A simple question - a voter in this polling system cast his/her vote for whom - party or person? As a person has to participate in this election as a candidate from any party, people have to consider both of them at the same time. So a good person can not win without support of a popular party. Also party can not choose a good person as a candidate because if he/she can not fight with others by providing enough black mony or muscle power to win. So a big popular party bound to nominate those who can win by any means and people bound to vote possibly winner candidate not good people.

We have to change this polling system in such a way where person and party have to fight seperatly. I have a details discussion on this issue but this forum is not enough to place that. Thank you for your suggestion chatty. We are seriously thinking to allow post in Bangla. I think we can manage it within 7 days.We also adding the live chatting facilities with other bddiscussers those who are online. Any more suggestion? You are always welcome for any suggestion
